As one of the largest providers of Telecommunications and IT services to the Nordic region, when EVRY looked to build out a comprehensive cloud service portfolio of on-demand computing resources, on-demand connectivity, and on-demand managed services for smb and enterprise customers, it was important that we picked a proven platform that met the high standards and functionality that our customers expect. After evaluating the options on the market, we chose Citrix CloudPlatform and CloudPortal as the foundation to our service. Based on the leading open source Apache CloudStack project and proven with large scale deployments in the IT Services industry, it was clear to EVRY that Citrix CloudPlatform gave us the fastest time to market and the richest feature-set that enables us to deliver high quality enterprise cloud services to our customers.
For the last year, IDC Frontier has been at the forefront of bringing innovative cloud computing services and technologies to businesses in Japan with our leading IDCF Cloud Self Type. In order to take advantage of the the growing interest in public cloud services in Japan, we needed to partner with a technology provider that enabled us to get to market quickly with a solution that met the quality, reliability and technology needs of our demanding customers. For the past 2 years, KT has been partnering with Citrix in delivering the ucloud biz,, an innovative public cloud service based on Apache CloudStack. When building cloud systems, choosing pertinent partners is critical for business success. We used Citrix CloudPlatform as the foundation for our private cloud and found it to be an extremely robust solution that minimized the overhead costs of integration and complex deployment schedules. Citrix CloudPlatform technology seamlessly integrated with our existing technology and is allowing us to create a strong and agile public cloud.

Earlier this month Slovak Telekom launched TelekomCloud, our innovative public IaaS cloud service portfolio of on-demand computing resources to address the growing interest in cloud computing in the region – the first of its kind in Slovakia. After an extensive search to find the right partner for our service, we chose Citrix CloudPlatform as it provided us with a proven cloud management platform that enabled us to get to market quickly and provided advanced features like billing, self-service portal, networking as a service and a software catalog, helping us operate our cloud as a business.
