Receiver for Linux 12.1

The 12.1 release of Citrix Receiver for Linux includes several critical fixes related to Flash Redirection support and Windows Media redirection. More specifically, this version of the receiver supports flash redirection for thin clients on x86 and ARM based platforms and also includes support for Debian and openSUSE distributions in addition to Ubuntu and Fedora. It is worth noting that the flash player is not included in the binaries. Rather, vendors and customers are expected to provide an optimized version of the flash player for their specific platforms. Windows Media redirection changes also includes several critical bug fixes and enhancement to provide to provide great user experience. More specifically it includes support for end-to-end flow control and frame dropping, improved support for audio and video codecs (including H.264) and configuration option for specific media types. The Receiver for Linux software uses code of FFmpeg licensed under the LGPLv2.1. The FFmpeg Source Package can be downloaded below. Review the Receiver for Linux 12.1 documentation.
